Juanita joined Gaines International as an Administrative Assistant in October 1996 and in her tenure, rose through the ranks to become the firm’s Business Manager. She is a cultivator of strong relationships, trusted advisor, and problem solver. She is responsible for all aspects of business management: operations, administration management, financial management, and human resources management. Juanita has been instrumental in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to increase the organization’s efficiency. In sum, Juanita has become the “glue” that keeps the organization together.
Juanita is a Northwestern University graduate, where she received her B.S. in Education and Social Policy with a concentration in Organizational Studies, and has earned a Masters in Media Management from Columbia College Chicago.
