Rob began his career in outside sales/business development before his introduction to search. It is now his passion as he enjoys building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to organizations looking to achieve and maintain their aspired culture and exceed performance expectations. He began his search career focused on senior level industrial sales and business development professionals, and later expanded to include all sub-sectors of energy: up, mid, downstream, engineering, construction, manufacturing & oilfield services.
In recent years, Rob has helped build teams in the industrial and civil engineering, commercial & pipeline construction markets working meticulously with Executive Management, Project Managers, Engineers and Estimators. He’s been privileged to work with such notable organizations as: AEI, Chastain-Skillman, Fuss & O’Neill, The Austin Company, Halliburton (chosen member of HalStaff Vendor Advisory Board), HESS, Conoco, EQT, Direct Energy, BASF, SPG, Southwestern Energy, Continental Resources, Calpine, Sandridge Energy, Dresser-Rand, Center for Offshore Safety (COS), among many others.
