5 Great Apps to Help with Your Productivity

Productivity is a huge part of the business world. After all, if we’re not productive, how in the world will we actually get anything done? Luckily the technological world is trying to make it easy for us. Here are five great apps to help with your productivity.


This is one of my favorite to-do list apps. It’s easy to schedule things because you can just type in when you want to do something, i.e. email Time every Monday at 8am. There’s also a chat feature and sharing ability so it’s great for teams. You can also set what’s a priority so you can work on those first.


I love notebooks. I love them so much that I have one stashed in every room. The great thing about Evernote is that you can have a ton of notebooks all in one place. Then you can access it anywhere on any device. You can also store photos, PDF’s, to-do lists, and set reminders.

Habit RPG

This one is perfect for all you gamers out there. It’s basically a to-do list that’s set up like a video game. It lacks in prettiness, but makes up in effectiveness. Habit RPG allows you to set daily habits and then motivates you with rewards and punishments. You can also work in groups with other users for even more accountability.


My other favorite to-do list app. Like Todoist, it’s great for teams. With Wunderlist you can create lists and share them with others. You can also set reminders, due dates, and assign tasks for others. And, if you’re into design, it allows you to change the background. It might not be the most technological feature, but, personally, I feel more inspired when I like the look of something and feel it fits me.


I’ve recently started using Sunrise and according to several users I know, it’s growing quite rapidly. Sunrise lets you sync with multiple Google calendars. It also lets you pull from LinkedIn so you can see the picture and profile of anyone you’re dealing with. Microsoft also recently bought the company.
