The Director of Operations (DO) will initially oversee the Directors of our engineering and environmental consulting practices, and eventually the Land Survey Practice. The DO will foster a collaborative environment among all teams, allocate people and resources to best serve the customers and develop team members, and manage budgets and profitability. The Operations Manager will report directly to Jay Chastain, the President.
15-plus years of civil engineering experience, including effective project management (time/budget/client satisfaction) and risk management. Bachelor of Science (Civil Preferred). MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering a plus. MBA or business certifications a plus.
